TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKING & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Upon booking a travel program with Weekend Savvy, LLC dba Cork & Cruise (“C&C”), these Terms & Conditions become a binding agreement between you and C&C. In these Terms & Conditions, “you,” “your,” “participant,” or “guest” refers to the person booking, purchasing, or traveling on the program, including all individuals on that reservation. “We,” “us,” or “C&C” refers to Weekend Savvy, LLC dba Cork & Cruise. C&C designs and sells travel programs but does not own or operate the cruise ships, airlines, hotels, transportation providers, or other services used during the travel program. These services are provided by independent third-party suppliers. By making a reservation, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and have the authority to make a binding agreement for yourself and all members of your traveling party. You agree to inform all travelers on your reservation of these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance of these Terms occurs when a deposit or payment is received by C&C.

RESERVATIONS & TRAVELER INFORMATION
Traveler names must match exactly as shown on the traveler’s valid passport. Incorrect names may result in penalties or reissue fees imposed by suppliers. Participants must provide all requested information needed to confirm reservations. Failure to provide accurate information may result in cancellation of services. By making a reservation, you consent to C&C storing and sharing necessary personal information with third-party suppliers, government authorities, and service providers as required to arrange your travel program. C&C does not sell or rent personal data.

PRICING & INCLUSIONS
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are based on double occupancy unless otherwise stated. The travel price includes the cruise fare and any land program specifically listed as part of the itinerary. The cruise fare includes seven nights of accommodations, in-room entertainment, Wi-Fi, all on-board dining including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks/tapas throughout the day, and all non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages on board. Onboard amenities include the cruise manager and team, pool, fitness room, lounge, daily entertainment, daily shore excursions, taxes, and port fees. In addition, C&C events include, but are not limited to, winemaker happy hours, wine-pairing dinners, wine tastings/seminars, and all wine poured at these events. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include airport transfers, gratuities, optional excursions, visas, travel protection, baggage fees, personal expenses, or other items not specifically listed as included. C&C reserves the right to correct billing errors or adjust prices prior to final payment if required by supplier changes or errors in published pricing.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A deposit is required at the time of booking. The amount and payment schedule will be outlined on the program website and reconfirmed in your booking confirmation. Final payment must be received by the stated due date. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your reservation and application of applicable cancellation penalties.

SINGLE, TRIPLE & QUAD OCCUPANCY
Single travelers may be required to pay a single supplement. If a traveling companion cancels, the remaining guest is responsible for any resulting single supplement charge. Where triple or quad cabins are available, the third and fourth guest typically pay 75% of the primary passenger fare unless otherwise specified.

CANCELLATION OF CRUISE BY CORK & CRUISE
The travel program requires a minimum number of participants. C&C reserves the right to cancel the hosted travel program up to twelve (12) months prior to the scheduled departure date if the minimum participation requirement is not met. If the travel program is canceled by C&C, all payments made directly to C&C for the travel program will be refunded in full, with no cancellation fees incurred. If a traveler chooses to cancel other portions of their trip as a result of the travel program cancellation, including but not limited to airfare, hotels, or other travel services, those cancellations remain subject to the terms and cancellation policies of the applicable third-party travel providers. Travelers are responsible for understanding the cancellation policies of any third-party travel providers before making changes. C&C is not responsible for any penalties, fees, or non-refundable costs imposed by airlines, hotels, or other travel suppliers.

CANCELLATION OR ALTERATION OF CRUISE ITINERARY BY CRUISE LINE OR THIRD PARTIES
The cruise line or other third-party suppliers may cancel or modify the cruise itinerary for operational, safety, or other reasons, including weather, water levels, mechanical issues, local regulations, or emergencies. Docking positions are assigned by local authorities and may result in double-docking (“rafting”), requiring you to embark or disembark through another vessel. Passengers must follow the instructions of the Master or crew. Refunds, if applicable, will be provided only for payments made to C&C for the travel program, with no cancellation fees incurred. C&C and the cruise line are not responsible for non-refundable travel costs, including airfare, hotels, or other third-party services. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

All traveler cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by a C&C travel advisor no later than the day before cancellation penalties are to be assessed. Please refer to the cancellation schedule below for penalties relating to traveler-initiated cancellations. OPERATION OF PRE- AND/OR POST-CRUISE LAND TOURS
Certain pre- and/or post-cruise land tour programs require a minimum number of paying passengers to operate. C&C may amend, cancel, change the departure date, or provide alternatives for safety or operational reasons. Affected participants will be notified. If canceled, participants will be offered a similar program or refunded all monies paid to C&C. C&C is not responsible for other travel arrangements or costs.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

No refunds will be provided for missed activities due to a traveler’s inability to fully participate.

HOLIDAYS, SPECIAL EVENTS & VENUE CLOSURES
Venues may be limited or unavailable due to local holidays, events, or seasonal conditions. C&C is not liable for venue availability and will offer alternatives when possible.
